I check atlantafalcons.com often for Falcons news, but it can feel kind of tiring when the updates are slow. Some of the articles seem late or really basic, and there are times when I’ve already seen newer info on social media before it shows up on the site. Game info is usually fine, but the recaps and injury updates could definitely be faster and more detailed. It’s not a terrible site, but when I’m already mentally drained and just want quick, fresh team news, it feels a bit behind.

I bought Falcons tickets on atlantafalcons.com and the whole thing was straightforward. The seat map worked well, checkout was quick enough, and it was just useful for getting the tickets without any hassle.
The account page was simple too. I found my tickets easily and transferred one to a friend without much trouble. I did have to log in twice for some reason, which was a little annoying, but overall it worked fine. 4 stars

"Decent site, but a pain to get around"
The site looks alright overall, but the navigation is kind of messy. I was just trying to find tickets and team news and somehow kept landing in random sections. It also loads slowly on my phone, which gets annoying fast. And after waiting in the queue longer than I expected, the last thing I wanted was to waste more time clicking around trying to find basic info. Not terrible, but definitely frustrating

I was really excited to order this jersey because it looked great online and seemed like exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, it still hasn’t shown up, and I haven’t gotten a clear update on where it is. I’m hoping this gets sorted out soon because I’d still really like to enjoy the jersey once it finally arrives

I reached out to support and waited several days, but never got a real response. I get that things can be busy, but as a customer it’s frustrating to be left guessing. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way if they were just waiting with no update.
